To protect your premises against rising damp we can offer you an alternative system to the traditional silicone injection treatment. This unique method ensures damp free walls by ‘injecting' a very small electrical charge into the wall of the property.

Only plaster which has already rotted away and lost its key to the brickwork needs to be removed, anodes are installed at one metre intervals and the titanium connecting wires can be concealed behind skirting boards. Upheaval is minimal in comparison to traditional silicone injection systems where two holes per brick need to be drilled.

If your property has deteriorating brick or stonework the last thing you want to do is drill hundreds of holes in it and de-stabilise them further.

Traditional silicone injection systems will often leave gaps where walls are thick or have rubble in-fill in the cavity. These gaps will allow damp to breach the dpc and problems may re-occur. This cannot happen with an osmotic system, as a positive electrical charge will push water downwards throughout the entire structure of the wall. This makes the system ideal for thicker stone walls ie. Stone country cottages, Georgian or Victorian brick or solid stone up to 26" thick.
